Yokai Ramen is delighted to present our first authentic ramen venue in city of Westford, MA. We are a collective of friends united by a fervent love for ramen. Our team brings together over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, we have explored ramen from diverse locales. We have committed ourselves to learning the intricate art of authentic Japanese ramen, guided by a Japanese chef with more than a decade of experience. After preparing countless bowls of ramen, we have refined our recipe to perfection. Our goal is to share the story of our journey through the delicious bowls of ramen we offer.


Our mission
is to launch the first true Japanese ramen shop in Westford MA, emphasizing friendly service and the joy of our customers. This intimate ramen shop is a concealed gem for those who appreciate noodles. It boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for a quick yet enjoyable meal. What makes our-style ramen stand out from the rest is its one-of-a-kind preparation method. It involves an extra step that requires some real skill: making a tare from sautéed and caramelized veggies and other ingredients to really amp up the flavor. By cooking this before mixing it with the broth, we intensify the flavors, giving the soup a tasty charred flavor and a tempting aroma. This cooking method not only boosts the flavor but also ensures that the ramen is served hot and ready to impress. Our Broth
The broth is what makes a bowl of ramen truly special. We create our main broth from scratch, using our own ingredients and a mix of vegetable, chicken, and pork bones. That’s how we get that deep, delicious flavor in our soup. We prepare the pork and chicken broths separately and then combine them. Each broth is simmered at its own temperature for a long time to maximize the flavor. It’s a labor of love, but we’re committed to delivering top-notch ramen.
